About Gwen

These shirts are to create joy, love, and support for our heart warrior Gwendolyn, who has had two heart surgeries and is preparing for her third. We are also spreading awareness about Down syndrome, the amazing upgrade given to our sweet Gwen.

"Upgraded to 47" was created from a birth announcement I wrote for Gwen when she was born. It celebrates her extra chromosome and reflects what a gift she, and all people with Down syndrome, are to the world.
